Nota d'usoL'aggettivo italiano magro riferito a una persona può essere tradotto in inglese in diversi modi, che comportano diverse sfumature di significato. Se si usa l'aggettivo “slim”, si vuole enfatizzare il fatto che una persona è magra perché è in forma: Luisa è una bella donna, alta e magra, Luisa is a beautiful woman, she's tall and slim.
